Tearing down the house

Yes, Keith, the guy that bought this place will be tearing it all down...all of it: house,barn,pool,fencing.... He is going to "develop" this property & all of this is kinda in the middle. I hate that, esp all the landscaping & planting that we've done. I hate that the barn swallows who have come back each year, and have had...this year 5..nests of babies, won't find the barn next year. They've become tiny little friends who love to sing very loudly. And the hummingbirds who look in my windows when they arrive !!!! I hope they all find us....can they read signs ?
More problems to solve. The roofers put the wrong roof on the barn, though a much better quality, that we won't have to pay for. It was supposed to be forest green metal, but it is grey archetect. shingles to match the house. Have to decide what we want to do after going out to look at it. Having probs w/ the loan getting done...multi goofs on their (bank's) part: vacations, errors in wording, forgetting to lock in the 7+% interest that Bob paid $3000 for, & not reimbursing him for the personal ck from his retirement he had to give the builder because they( the bank--in DALLAS ) were so slow....Aaarrgghh. Awaiting Bob to call me w/ answers from the bank so we can do back to the att'y this afternoon to sign what we couldn't on Friday.....Crap ! So, now I'm on the blog !!
